A 2018 Woodland Revelstoke model which backs onto the Woods, is situated on a dead-end road and is surrounded by great neighbours.

The trailer has one bedroom with a king bed, underbed storage, lots of storage with closets, drawers and above bed cupboards. There is a powerful overhead fan, a spot to hook up a TV and lots of lighting.

The washroom has a stand-up shower and has storage around the sink as well as a large cupboard for linens and paper products.

In the hall there are three closets, a coat closet, a broom closet and a pantry. There is also a full-size furnace.

The kitchen is very large with lots of cupboard and counter space.  The table will seat up to six people.  The sale will include dishes, pots & pans, cutlery and glasses. There are small appliances included such as a toaster, coffee maker and toaster oven.

The living room can be separated from the rest of the trailer by a wall which is enclosed but pulls out very easily as needed to create a separate sleeping area.  There is a queen size bed couch, two recliners, tables and lamps. There is an electric fireplace which was installed in 2024.  A desk is also in the room to allow you to work while at the trailer. Once again there is a overhead fan and great lighting. The glass sliding door leads out onto the front deck. There is a Samsung 50”TV and a Sony CD/DVD player included in the sale.

In 2023 a deck was added at the back of the Florida room. The back deck is 10ft by 11ft and is covered. It provides a private place to sit and enjoy the trees as well as a place to BBQ.  The 2023 Weber BBQ and two 20 lb propane tanks are included in the sale. There is hydro on the deck.

The Florida room is accessible from the kitchen in the trailer as well as from both the front and back decks.  The room is 10ft x 16ft and is very private as new blinds were installed in 2024.

The front deck is 10ft by 21ft and is enclosed by a glass railing. It is a wonderful place to entertain and enjoy the sun.

The trailer has air conditioning installed. The under skirting was replaced around most of the trailer in 2024.  The bushes and perennials in the front were planted in 2024. There is onsite parking.

In the back of the property there is a 8ft by 10ft shed. In 2023 the platform for the shed was completely replaced.

The propane tank is a rental from Budget Propane and the usage is monitored by them.

The 2025 seasonal park fees have been paid in full and are included in the sale.
